Game account or purchase problems

We cannot access game accounts or resolve game payments. The official game's terms list support@lagoslife.app. Verify the contact on the official site before sending account-related information.

What not to send

We never need your password, payment details or login codes. Keep private details out of screenshots submitted as evidence.
